Yakubu Dogara, the former Speaker of the House of Representatives, has come under fire from Festus Keyamo, the PCC spokesperson for the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council, calling him a “political prostitute.”
Keyamo made this comment on Sunday via his verified Twitter account in response to a tweet where Dogara ridiculed President Muhammadu Buhari’s support for Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress, during a campaign event in Nasarawa State.

“I know that PMB loves to crack jokes but I didn’t know he will escalate it to the level of satire. Asiwaju’ll give his best to Nigeria, really? Fake certificates, fake parentage, golden triangle escapades, racketeering,” Dogara said on Twitter. Really, Asiwaju would give Nigeria his all? No PMB, Nigeria does not deserve his best but we get the satire.”
The Minister of State for Labour and Employment responded to Dogara’s statement by denouncing him as a wanderer and backstabber on his Twitter account.
Keyamo stated, “My brother and law school mate, @YakubDogara, this tweet is beneath you. You are actually pained by the support of PMB for @officialABAT, two leaders who have stayed true to their beliefs and causes, unlike the political prostitute, wanderer and back-stabber that you’ve always been.”
