Atiku Abubakar, the former Vice President, paid a visit to General Ibrahim Babangida, the former Military President of Nigeria, at his Uphill mansion in Minna, Niger State, on Tuesday.
The reason of the encounter, which lasted roughly an hour, was kept a secret by both men.
The Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) presidential candidate for 2019 drove from the Hilltop to Government House, where he met with state Governor Abubakar Sani Bello.
After the visit, Atiku told journalists that he was in Government House to pay the Governor a condolence visit over the state’s ongoing insecurity condition, particularly in recent months.
“I only came on a courtesy visit to the Governor and to commiserate with him and people of the state over the incessant Banditry in Niger state.
“I just discussed with the Governor on the insecurity in the state and from what I heard, it is a very serious and pathetic situation and it is most unfortunate,” Atiku declared.
When asked about his presidential ambitions, Atiku stated that he would announce them when the time came.

I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own blog and was wondering what all is required to get set up? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? I’m not very internet savvy so I’m not 100% sure. Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated. Kudos
