If elected president of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate for the general elections of 2023, has claimed that his accomplishments as governor of Lagos State can be repeated throughout Nigeria.
This was said by Tinubu in the preface to his campaign action plan, “Renewed Hope,” which was released on Friday in Abuja.
At the Presidential Banquet Hall in Abuja, President Muhammadu Buhari officially unveiled the 80-page paper in the presence of party leaders and senior government officials.
According to Tinubu, he was willing and ready to present his exceptional work over the course of eight years in Lagos State, where he developed institutions and implemented laws that altered the state’s appearance.

He claimed that his enormous contributions to the state had made it a safe place for citizens and a driving force behind the economic prosperity of commercial property owners.
The presidential contender identified basic healthcare, education, and housing as three major areas of concern in his 20-page foreword.
In order to support a robust and flexible national security architecture that would put an end to terrorism, he also pledged to implement a bold and assertive approach.
“When I was governor of Lagos State, my team and I developed institutions and policies that changed the face of the state.
‘’It became a safe place for residents and an engine room of prosperity for all those willing to work in pursuit of their economic dreams.
‘’What my team and I achieved in Lagos, together we all can achieve for Nigeria.
‘’Our objective is to foster a new society based on shared prosperity, tolerance, compassion and the unwavering commitment to treat each citizen with equal respect and due regard,.’
‘’Our party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) was founded on the premise that the people of our beloved country are entitled to the benefits that only progressive good governance can procure,” he said.
