After a trailer went from the Ojuelegba bridge in Surulere, Lagos, and landed on a car beneath the bridge, several persons are believed to be dead.
According to InsightnaijaTV, the event happened on Saturday night, April 2.
The trailer was later relocated by a crane, according to videos provided by eyewitnesses on Twitter, but the occupants of the automobile had already died.
In an open letter to Lagos State Governor Sanwo-Olu, a Twitter user said, “People just died in front of me for no reason.”

Meanwhile, trailer drivers have reacted to accused Nigerian military harassing them on a regular basis.
The drivers halted the Kaduna-Abuja expressway on Saturday, claiming that soldiers on the highway were harassing them.
According to multiple accounts, the roadblock occurred in Sabon Gaya village, which is 7 kilometers from Kaduna metropolis.
Senator Shehu Sani had tweeted about the incident: “Trailer drivers blocked Kaduna-Abuja highway now. Many are stranded for whatever reason they did that the issue should be resolved knowing security implications of gathering such number of people in one place.”
