Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for president and former Governor of Lagos State, arrived back in Nigeria on Thursday from London.
Former APC chairman Adams Oshiomhole, Tinubu’s running mate Kashim Shettima, and other members of the group that welcomed him assured Nigerians that their nearly lost optimism had returned.
After taking a 10-day trip in the United Kingdom, Tinubu said he had a good time and was glad to be back in Nigeria.
Ahead of the general elections in 2023, he added, Nigerians should anticipate from him a very sophisticated ability to think and perform.

The APC presidential candidate speaking on Thursday night in Abuja said, “The trip was very good. I enjoyed my break and I am happy to be back in my fatherland Nigerians should expect a very intelligent ability to think and perform. Nigerians should expect fat the help they needed is here.
“The hope that is almost dithering is back. I am back actively.”
