Former senate president, Bukola Saraki says Wizkid’s new album, ‘Made in Lagos’ is “a brilliant end to what has been an eventful month” for Nigerians.
He said his favourite track in the album is ‘Grace’.
It comes off Wizkid’s fourth studio album.
In a post on his Twitter page, Saraki stated that the album serves as “a brilliant end to what has been an eventful month” for Nigerians.
He tweeted: “Wizkid’s #MadeInLagos is a brilliant end to what has been a long and eventful month for all of us. Currently vibing to my favorite track on the album ‘#Grace.’”
Saraki also went further to laud the contributions of Wizkid, Davido and other Nigerian artistes who have continued to promote the country’s entertainment sector.
He tweeted: “Over the years, @Davido has been like a son to me. He, Wizkid and other young Nigerian artistes keep pushing the boundaries in our entertainment sector and making all of us proud!.”
Meanwhile, the former Governor of Kwara State’s tweet generated a lot of reactions from Twitter users who described him as two-faced.
They linked Saraki’s eulogy of the artistes to his alleged political ambition in 2023.
