Mr. Samson Agunbiade has been sworn-in as the new Chairman of Eti-Osa East Local Council Development Area in Lagos State.
Mr Agunbiade became the Chairman of the Council following the demise of the former Chairman, Mr. AbdulRafiu Olatunji, who had won the APC ticket to vie for a second term in office during the July 24 Local Government election.
Performing the ceremony in Alausa, Ikeja, Governor Sanwo-Olu again commiserated with the family of the immediate past Chairman and people of Eti-Osa and urged the new Chairman to live up to expectations by following the good examples of his predecessors.
Responding, Mr Agunbiade promised that he would work in line with the APC manifesto.
The event was attended by some family members of the new Chairman and top officials of the Eti-Osa LCDA.
