The Nigeria Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo will be leading the presidential delegates on Satuday, August 7, 2020 to the flag- off ceremony of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Governorship campaign in Benin City, the Edo State Capital.
It was learnt that President Muhammadu Buhari would be unavailable at the campaign due to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic in the Country.
Some of the party’s stalwarts, expected to be at venue for the flag-off campaign include the National leader of APC, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Senate President, Dr. Ahmed Lawan, Deputy Senate President, Ovie Omo-Agege, Formal Chairman of the party, Chief John Odigie Oyegun, Comrade Adams Oshiomole, members of National Assembly, members of State Assembly.
The venue for the flag-off campaign is the Main Bowl of the University of Benin Sport Complex, Ugbowo, Benin City.
