President Muhammadu Bihari has on Wednesday, 10 June, 2020 commended the effort of leadership and members of the Ninth National Assembly on commemoration of their one year in office.
President Buhari, in a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, commended the effort of the lawmakers in the discharge of their duties and their patriotism in tackling issues of national interest.
He stated that both the red and green chambers since their assumption of office has been working assiduously in attending to Bills and moving motions that affect the citizenry.
“On behalf of Nigerians, and the Federal Executive Council (FEC), President Muhammadu Buhari sends warm greetings to the leadership and members of the Ninth National Assembly on their first anniversary, extolling their sense of duty and diligence in handling issues related to the development of the country.”
