In a tweet on his official account, the former governor of Anambra State announced this.
Obi declared that he would meet with Nigerians in Germany, Italy, and Canada to discuss his desire to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2023.
He claims that as a result of their contributions to the advancement of their country, Nigerians living abroad are held in very high regard.
He wrote, “I’ll make a pit stop in Germany to interact with Nigerians in Germany while travelling to the United States.”
I have the utmost respect for Nigerians living abroad since they are the backbone of our human development resources and make significant contributions to the development of our country through remittances and the transfer of technological know-how.
I’m currently travelling to Germany, Italy, Canada, and the United States. I’m excited for the productive interactions.
