Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde on Thursday, July 9, 2029 announced that the State has recorded a forty-three new cases of Corona virus.
Gov. Makinde disclosed this via his verified social media handled.
He said that the total number of confirmed cases in the State has risen to 1573, with 811 recovered patient of COVID-19.

He stated that two more persons has now been discharged after receiving their negative test results.
“2 confirmed COVID-19 cases received their second NEGATIVE test results and have been discharged.

“This brings the total number of discharge cases in Oyo State to 811.
“Also the confirmation tests for 43 suspected cases came back POSITIVE. ”
