Let me use our Tiv lineage as example.
Shitile-(Russia) have the most dangerous weapons to protect their land, Shitile and Ukum-(Ukraine) lives peacefully and share bounder, apart from Ukum Shitile share border with Tongov, Ikyurav, Turan and Mbagen.
Now, Jemgbah-(USA) , Kwande-(Germany) , Jerchira-( United Kingdom) people formed association and named it (NATO), they now convince Tongov and Ikyurav-tiev to join them remaining Ukum.

Mean while if Ukum join them now, the Jemgbah, Kwande etc will come and mount their bases at the border of Ukum and Shitile and with the help of Ukum, it will become easy to track Shitile bases because Ukum people already know much about Shitile.
Note also that they have succeeded in Tongov and Ikyurav-tiev already but Ukum have been the closest to Shitile.
Now the Chairman of Shitile traditional council begin hit Ukum left and right because they want to go against their earlier agreement.
In all this MINDA-(China) is fully in support of Shitile(Russia).
