A leading Fuji musician in Lagos and leader of Performing Musician Association of Nigeria, PMAN, Chief Kareem Ayinde Olomide has called for special three-day fasting and prayers to stop the spread of Coronavirus pandemic in the Country. The musician who made the call in a statement on the occasion of his birthday also said that people must follow Government directive on the use of facemask to stop continue spreading of the virus.
According to him, the increase in the number of positive cases in the Country is becoming worrisome and alarming.
Nigerians need to turn to God for solution. Chief Olomide, who is popularly known as Kabiyesi also called for reopening of hotels and night clubs as measure to stop upsurge of rape cases in the society. He added that opening of those motels would reduce poverty and unemployment caused by the Coronavirus.
