Nigerian born international rapper, Olamide has finally unveiled his latest album, titled ‘UY Scuti’. This album is coming barely a year after the release of his widely acclaimed ‘Carpe Diem’ album.
Olamide seems to have now evolved as his new song which is his ninth studio album “UY Scuti,” has no song with a street-hop beat. All tracks are Afrobeats, pop and dancehall.
The 10-track album features relatively unknown artists like Layydoe, Jaywillz, and Fave. Other featured artist is Olamide’s long-term collaborator, colleague, and friend, Phyno.
Olamide Gbenga Adedeji, known professionally as Olamide is a Nigerian hip hop recording artist. He records in Yoruba and English. In 2011, he released his debut studio album Rapsodi while signed to Coded Tunes. YBNL, his follow-up album, was released under his label imprint YBNL Nation.
