The Management of Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, FPI, Ogun State has listed condition for the reinstallment of studentship to the embattled Student Union Government SUG, president of the institution Comrade Adegboyega Olatunji over alleged cultism.
The Academic board at its meeting on Thursday July 2, 2020 took the decision as a result of intervention by Ogun State Government and Department of State Service (DSS) standing in as guarantors to Olatunji.
The Institution noted the letter by the guarantors tittle “Restoration of Studentship” will be considered for his studentship to be restored.
“A letter of certification from your guarantors that is the ogun State Government and the Department of State Service (DSS) to maintain Law and Order for the period of your student ship in the Institution and Community ”
It will be recalled that the embattled Olatunji was arrested on Sunday, February 9 for allegedly belonging to a cult group. He was later suspended from school, and charged to Court.
