Following the expiration of the Federal Government’s free train trip on January 4, the Nigeria Railway Corporation (NRC) said it expects to restore ticket sales for travelers.
Mr Fidet Okhiria, the NRC’s Managing Director, stated this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Abuja on Tuesday.

Travel ticket sales for intending passengers will resume at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, according to Okhiria.
To avoid humiliation, he recommended travelers to pay their regular tickets either electronically or physically at the corporation’s different stations.
