Another batch of fifty-three Nigerian returnees have arrived Seme Border post in Lagos State.
Insight Naijatv gathered that Thirty-Nine out of the Fifty-Three returnees who came from Ghana were
brought in two luxurious buses with registration numbers Lagos KTU 833 XY. And LSD 614 YR.
Insight Naijatv also gathered that the remaining Fourteen Nigerian returnees from Benin Republic were
dropped by different vehicles at the Border by Benin officials.
An official of Port Health Services in Seme, who pleaded anonymity told Correspondent Dupe Arotolu
that the Nigerian returnees, comprising Thirty-Nine males and Fourteen females had been screened by
the Health officials.
He added that officials from the Lagos State Ministry of Health were at Seme border to lead the
returnees to Isolation Centres in Badagry, where Covid 19 screening would be conducted on them.
It would be recalled that Twenty-Three Nigerian returnees from Togo Republic arrived Seme border in
Lagos state in the early hours of Sunday April 12.
With the latest returnees, the number of Nigerians from neighboring Countries is now One Hundred
and Fifty-Three.
