According to Governor Nyesom Wike, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Rivers State is unconcerned with the idea of luring voters with money. He boasts that the projects his government has completed are sufficient to “buy” the electorate’s votes in the general elections scheduled for 2023.
