Liverpool, who finished second last season, will visit newly promoted Fulham, while Nottingham Forest will play at Newcastle United to commemorate their 23-year absence from the Premier League.
Chelsea will play Everton away in their first game under new ownership managed by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital, while Bournemouth will host Aston Villa in their debut game in the Premier League after promotion.
Manchester United will kick off their season against Brighton & Hove Albion at Old Trafford, while Tottenham Hotspur will face Southampton.
The season kicks off on August 5 and runs until May 28.
After November 12, there will be a mid-season break to allow the World Cup, which will take place in Qatar from November 21 to December 18. On Boxing Day, the league will resume.
