The Speaker of Lagos State Assembly and Chief Mudashiru Obasa, has lauded Alhaji Taofeek Adaranijo, the immediate past member of House of Representatives representing Agege Federal Constituency for undertaking some projects even though he was no longer in office.
Chief Obasa gave the commendation while inaugurating two blocks of six classrooms that were built in his honour by Alhaji Adaranijo at the Ore-Ofe Primary School, Dopemu, Agege.
He also inaugurated a block of three classrooms at the Oyewole Primary School, Mulero, Agege, which was built in honour of the father of the former lawmaker, the late Chief Sulaimon Adaranijo.
The Speaker thanked Alhaji Adaranijo for honouring him with such a laudable project.
Chief Obasa said the massive projects going on in Agege was a sign that the people were enjoying the dividends of democracy.
He enjoined the people to make judicious use of the facilities.
The Speaker also cut the ribbon for the official opening of one of the twenty boreholes built by the former lawmaker.
