Gov. Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has bagged award as the number one state in Nigeria in Housing Development following his numerous contributions and interventions in the area of housing in Lagos state.
The Special Adviser to Lagos State Governor on Housing, Mrs Toke Benson-Awoyinka on Sunday received the award on behalf of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu at the 6th City People Real Estate Awards 2021, held in Ikeja in recognition of the roles played by Lagos State Real Estate Regulatory Authority, LASRERA, in regulating the Real Estate Sector.
The state of aquatic splendor Lagos also received another award as No1 State in Housing development in the country.
Mrs Toke Benson-Awoyinka, subsequently presented the two awards to Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu in his office at Alausa.
