Tonye Cole, an All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate for governor in Rivers State, lost his campaign director general.
The APC LGA campaign manager for Ahoada West was reportedly abducted earlier in the lead-up to Saturday’s gubernatorial and house of assembly elections. His body was then found on Saturday evening in a pool of his own blood, shot to pieces. The state police command has not made an official announcement about the terrible event as of the time of publication.

The dead was shown in a horrific video laying in a pool of his own blood.
“Tonye Cole Campaign DG of Ahoada West who was whisked away from a polling unit earlier today has been found dead.”
