No matter what obstacles he faces, Benue State Governor Samuel Ortom has reaffirmed his commitment to serving God and the people.
On Sunday, July 31, 2022 at the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG “The Master’s Place”, Utako, Abuja, the Governor proclaimed the goodness of God.
When he devoted his life to God, he made a commitment to worship Him with all of his strength, and he emphasized that he is committed to upholding that promise.
The Governor credited the influence of God in his life and his desire to ensure that things are done right for giving him the confidence to speak the truth about the wickedness occurring in the nation.
He emphasized that the church was the principal target of attacks carried out by Islamic extremists who want to annexe the nation.
In order to help Christians realize what they must do for God to reverse the dreadful condition the nation has found itself in, Governor Ortom urged them to cease worshiping God merely on the surface.
Pastor Micheal Ajiboye advised people to fast and pray continuously in his sermon, which centered on the necessity for Christians to be awake at all times.
