The Health Facilities Monitoring and Accreditation Agency, HEFAMAA has appealed to members of the public to report any operator of health facilities engaging in unprofessional conducts to the agency.
The Executive Secretary of the Agency, Dr. Abiola Idowu made the call while addressing newsmen in Alausa, Ikeja.
According to Dr Idowu, the agency will not hesitate to shot down any facility that contravenes the law of the land as it is within the purview of HEFAMAA to inspect, register and monitor all health facilities to ensure that the quality of healthcare delivery is improved upon in the State.
Dr. Idowu who stated that although the Agency had since inception recorded a handful of achievements, expressed optimism that more will be achieved.
