It has been claimed that Spanal, a known gangster in Osun, has died.
Spanal, who was apparently a close ally of Kazeem Oyewale (Asiri Eniba), Chairman of the Osogbo NURTW branch, was assassinated on Friday afternoon at the Oke-Ijetu, Ilesa-garage area of Osogbo.
Spanal and his 7-year-old daughter Fatia were killed by gunfire.

On Friday, Spanal was reportedly killed a few hours after his wife had gone to bed.
At his first wife’s shop in the Ilesa Garage, the source informed InsightnaijaTV newsmen that the mysterious gunmen attacked and shot him.
“He was running away with blood while they followed him and shot him dead. Bullet hit his daughter and she was rushed to the hospital before they broke the news of the death of the daughter too.”
