On Thursday, December 08, 2022 unidentified gunmen attacked Senator Lee Maeba‘s home in the GRA, Phase 3 axis of Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of Rivers State’s presidential campaign council is led by Maeba.

According to a source who spoke with Punch about the incident, the shooters approached the former senator’s entrance while firing randomly before breaking into his complex.
According to another story, the thugs wrecked roughly five automobiles, including a jeep.
Three people were in the compound at the time of the incident, including Senator Maeba’s relative, who fled for cover.
The Senator had returned to the house at the time this report was submitted, along with agents from the Department of State Services and police officers.
