There are widespread rumours that the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, are thinking about forming an alliance ahead of the 2023 general elections just as stakeholders’ confirmation of the meeting between Bola Tinubu and Nyesom Wike sheds more light on their discussion.
Recall that Wike and Tinubu met outside of the nation to talk about matters related to the 2023 presidential election.
The meeting’s feedback suggests that Wike, who is engaged in a conflict with PDP presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar, may agree to endorse Tinubu and the APC in the 2023 elections.
An anonymous insider from the Tinubu camp who spoke further about the meeting claimed that the conversations were quite successful. He continued by saying that additional meetings had been planned.
