A body suspected to be Fahim Saleh, a co-founder ride-sharing ventures ‘Pathao’ operating ‘GoKada’ motorcycle company in Nigeria has been found dead in his apartment.
New York Police Department (NYPD) said that, the copse of Waley was found dismembered in a building on E. Houston St. at Suffolk St. on the Lower East side, New York. The removed parts of his body were found at the scene of the murder on Tuesday, July 14, 2020.
NYPD officer said they went there after the sister of the deceased alerted 911 for not seeing her brother in a day.
Saleh, a 33-year-old tech entrepreneur was limbless, headless at the scene.
“We saw a torse, a head that’s been removed, arms, and legs. Everything is still on the scene. We don’t know the motive” NYPD spokesman Sgt. Carlos Nieves said.
Also, the co-founder of ‘Pathao’ Hussain Elius while reacting to murder said they were shock to hear of his demise.
“We are shocked and saddened I hear the reports of the death of Fahim Saleh, one of the founding members of Pathao team.
“Fahim believed in the potential for technology to transform lives in Bangladesh and beyond.
“He saw the promise in us when all we had was a common purpose and a shared Vision.
“He was and will forever remain an incredible inspiration for Pathao and our entire ecosystem, he said.
