The 69 years old, who served in the administration of former President Goodluck Jonathan between 2011 and 2012, aspired to be governor in the buildup to the 2003 gubernatorial election in the state.
But eventually dropped her ambition when she was offered to run as former governor Oyinlola’s running mate, our checks revealed.
Sources maintained “she has intimated those that matter in the scheme of things in PDP she wants to represent people of Osun East Senatorial District in the Senate come 2023.”
While subtle plan that will ultimately transform her ambition into reality is being worked out.
