The Federal Government has extended the eased lock down in the Country by another four weeks.
Secretary to the Government of the Federation Boss Mustapha disclosed this at the Task Force briefing on covid-19 on Monday, June 29, 2020. He says the extension takes effect from Tuesday, June 30th to midnight Monday, July 27th 2020.
On his part, Coordinator of the Presidential Task Force on Covid-19 Sani Aliyu says schools across the country will now be reopened for graduating students. He says inter-state travel will now be allowed except during curfew hours. He also announced that domestic flights are to resume from July 1, while sports activities and mass gatherings, especially religious activities, remain suspended.
