Former Katsina State Governor Ibrahim Shehu Shema has emerged as the North-West’s consensus Candidate for the National Chairman of the People’ Democratic Party (PDP).
Shema’s nomination was backed by PDP chieftains during the just concluded North-West Expanded Caucus meeting on Wednesday.
