The Lagos State Government has reassure its residents of continuous free COVID-19 test in all the public testing laboratories in the State.
This assurance was stated in a statement by the State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotosho noting that the State Government has established several sampling centres across the State.
“The Government has established sampling centres across the State and has continued to enhance the capacity of the public testing laboratories to test all those who required testing free of charge. If any resident feels unwell, please lodge a complaint through the appropriate channel by calling 08000CORONA”.
The commissioner noted that the State Government recently launched a 7 consortium private laboratories in the first phase to increase the accessibility of testing facilities in the State.
He also enjoined all resident of the State to take advantage of the free testing service to know their status and calls for full compliance with the directives of the State Government in containing the spread of COVID-19.
