According to reports, Chelsea has devised a plan to attempt to sign Victor Osimhen of Napoli, Romelu Lukaku and an unidentified young player this summer.
The Napoli star, Victor Osimhen, has a €120 million release clause in his contract that he signed in December. The Blues are considering making a bid in the range of €80 million to €90 million for him.

However, Mauricio Pochettino’s team is willing to give the striker far more than his present €10 million net salary per season.
