In new photos obtained by InTv, Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu paid a visit to the National Leader of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu in London on Tuesday, August 03, 2021.
Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the National Leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), hosted Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State in London on Tuesday, some of Tinubu’s supporters posted the pictures, saying their meeting was held in London.
Tinubu has been out of the country for a while, therefore, missing key activities of his party.
Details of the meeting has not been revealed to reporters yet but it not unconnected to stories making rounds on the health status of the APC National Leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
But there had been news making the rounds that Asiwaju Bola Tinubu was ill last week, a development which prompted his media aide to swiftly debunked the mendacious story.
Two weeks ago when the Lagos Local Government Elections was held, Tinubu did not partake in it, a very rare occurrence and he was also not available for the congresses of the APC which was held at the weekend.
There were reports that he was sick and undergoing treatment abroad but his media team refuted the reports.
Political allies believe that Gov Sanwo-Olu’s visit will put to rest speculation surrounding Tinubu’s health status.
