The opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, claims that the ruling All Progressives Congress “has nothing to show Nigerians.”
This was stated in response to the APC youth wing’s claim that the PDP is the only party in Nigeria to have carried out more ambitious development programmes for which Nigerians are still proud. Malam Umar Danjani, Jigawa’s director of the PDP Youth campaign, made the claim.

He claims that the APC is in a panic over the popularity of the PDP’s Atiku Abubakar for president and Mustapha Sule Lamido for governor of Jigawa State because “the APC administration has nothing to show Nigerians aside from poverty, insecurity, and lousy leadership.”
“We are just waiting for the inauguration because there is no doubt that the APC will fail in the upcoming general election because they have nothing to campaign with,” Danjani stated.
