The national convention of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has been rescheduled for March 26.
The party had previously scheduled the convention for February 26 and informed the Independent National Electoral Commission of the date (INEC).

John Akpanudoedehe, the National Secretary of the APC Caretaker and Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee, told journalists this after a closed-door meeting of party stakeholders in Abuja.

He stated that the convention preparations would begin on March 24.
Last week, there were rumours that the exercise would be postponed due to internal squabbles.
