Manchester United Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says young star Angel Gomes is set to leave the club on a free transfer after deciding not to extend his contract with his club. 
Gomes, became United’s youngest player since Duncan Edwards when he replaced Wayne Rooney in 2017 but he has been constantly frustrated at a lack of first-team opportunities.
The 19-year-old has been at the club since the age of sixteen, but has been unable to agree on a new contract with Old Trafford bosses. Gomes has appeared twice off the bench in the premier League this season and he is believed to have been offered a deal worth between 25,000 and 30,000 pounds.
