Following the death of a member representing Kosofe Constituency II in the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Tunde Braimoh, Mr. Ademola Alebiosu has emerged as the flagbearer of the People’s Democratic Party for kosofe constituency II in Lagos State House of Assembly Bye Election slated for 31st October, 2020.
Mr. Alebiosu pulled thirty four votes to defeated his opponent, Mr. Segun Aroyewun who scored twenty four votes in the party primary held in the constituency.
The Primary Election was witnessed by the officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission, security agents, delegates and party agents of the aspirants.
Meanwhile, counting of votes is underway for the Lagos East Senatorial District Primary of PDP at the party Secretariat Somolu.
Four aspirants are slugging it out with one another to carry the flag of the party in the bye-election.
The results of the winner will be announced soon.
