Believers have been admonished to cultivate the habit of praising God in all situations, especially when they face challenges, because that is the only way they can exhibit unwavering devotion unto God.
This was the thrust of the sermon of the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye in a televised Thanksgiving service for the month of July in Ogun state.
Pastor Adeboye noted that showing the heart of gratitude towards God through constant Thanksgiving, attracts unmerited favours to the life of a believer.
The clergy maintained that the ravaging Coronavirus pandemic across the world, is a Clarion call to all mankind to return back unto God in repentance.
Pastor Adeboye urged Nigerians to continue to adhere to all advisories against Coronavirus including; the regular washing of hands with soap and alcohol based sanitizers, maintaining social distancing, use of approved face masks in public places, among others.
