ASenior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Femi Falana has described the Governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai as incompetent to speak at the 60th Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) conference.
Falana stated that the Kaduna State Governor is inconsistent with the promotion of rule of NBA and lacks the moral right for the Promotion of rule of law when serving as Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Falana who in a letter to the NBA’s Technical Committee, conference planning committee said “you will agree with us that Mallam El-Rufai’s penchant for disobeying court orders is inconsistent with the aims and objects of the Nigerian Bar Association which includes promotion of rule of law.”
Earlier, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai was requested to participate in a panel discussion.
