Vice President Kashim Shettima has stated that President Bola Tinubu will be remembered by future generations as a decisive leader who does not assign blame for the nation’s current economic circumstances. Shettima also asserts that Tinubu has been instrumental in leading the nation toward stability and prosperity in the economy.
“We have crossed the Rubicon, and the nation is on the path to sustained growth,” the Vice President said in a statement that was made public on the President’s X handle. In the annals of their histories, some countries have experienced worse situations than us.

“The President has good intentions for the country. He has the best interests of the country at heart, and it is morally required of us to assist him in any manner we can.
“The President means well for the nation. He has a good heart for the nation and we have the moral imperative to support him in whatever way we can to salvage the ship of the state.
“The President doesn’t subscribe to the idea of apportioning of blame, the buck stops on his desk and he has not shied away from taking those decisive actions.
“Be rest assured that in the fullness of time, posterity will be very kind to him.”
