Comrade Pedro Obi, a doctoral candidate in guidance and counselling studies at Delta State University, has been elected as the new president of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS).
Obi defeated Lucky Emonefe, who received 83 votes, with 212 votes in the election that was conducted at the former parade field in Abuja.
