The father of Miss Mmesoma Ejikeme, a 2023 UTME candidate suspected of falsifying her results, Romanus Ejikeme, claims the exam body is being harsh to his daughter because she has always been a bright student since she was in primary school.
He said on Channels Television hours after the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) barred his daughter for three years, claiming that her score was “patently fake,” “They should not kill the talent of that innocent girl, they should not do that.”

The student’s father from Anambra further stated that he has no desire to seek redress and will instead give all to God.
Mmesoma said in a viral video how she received her results from the JAMB webpage and was shocked to learn there were rumours of falsified results after JAMB accused her of “manipulating” her score in this year’s examination.
“I printed the result from the JAMB portal,” she claimed. “I don’t know what they mean when they imply that I falsified my results. The accusation that I fabricated my own results has frightened me. I am not able to fake results.
