Asari Dokubo, a former Niger Delta insurgent commander, has said that Peter Obi, the LP’s presidential candidate, rigged the 2023 election in his favour.
Bola Tinubu, the president-elect and candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has been accused of rigging the 2023 presidential election. Dokubo, who made this claim in response, claims that elections across the nation have shown that the former governor of Anambra State rigged the election.
He continued by claiming that Obi could not have won in Anambra State or gotten two million votes in a free and fair election.
Dokubo’s comments come at a time when Tinubu’s victory is being contested by Obi and Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). They have asked the court to order the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to permit their lawyers to examine voting materials.

On the other side, Dokubo said that Obi manipulated the election on a Facebook Live on Monday.
Dokubo declared; The elections all over the country have exposed that the person who rigged the election was Peter Obi. The results are very clear.
If they look at the election well, he cannot score two million votes. In a free and fair election, even in Anambra, Obi will not win.
