Peter Obi, the LP’s presidential candidate, has denied making his manifesto public.
The LP presidential candidate Obi advised the public to ignore the manifesto that was going around online in a tweet, emphasising that it was a draught copy that was still being reviewed and that he would personally reveal his manifesto.

“I have not formally released our Manifesto,” he wrote. I’ll carry it out personally. It appears that a previous draught copy that was being reviewed has gotten into the public domain. Please discard the draught that is being shared until I release the approved and final version. -PO”
In the meantime, Bola Tinubu, Obi’s APC rival, has published his manifesto titled “Renewed Hope 2023, Action Plan for a Better Nigeria.”
Tinubu promised to combat insecurity by building highly skilled and disciplined anti-terrorist battalions in his manifesto, which was unveiled at the presidential villa.
In addition, Tinubu pledged to rearrange the Nigeria Police Force to guarantee community policing and uphold law and order.
