Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress’ presidential candidate, has stated that he has never lost an election.
Tinubu addressed this at an APC event in Ekiti on Tuesday, ahead of the state’s governorship election, to raise support for the party’s candidate, Biodun Oyebanji.
The state’s governorship election is set for Saturday, June 18, 2022.
The South-East PDP wants Atiku to be Atiku’s running mate, but the party rejects Obi’s threat.
Tinubu’s assistance in Adamawa’s situation is sought by an APC chieftain.
Tinubu said, “I’ve never failed an election before.”
Tinubu, who also spoke in Yoruba, stated, “To ba t’eka, o le te owo,” which translates to “if you don’t vote, you can’t hold money.”
Tinubu further stated that the “Peoples Democratic Party is a poverty development party,” urging residents of the state to vote for the APC in both the state and national elections in 2023.
