Andrew Nice, the main suspect in the death of Oluwabamise Ayanwole, is scheduled to appear in Yaba Magistrate Court today.
Nice was related to the death of the 22-year-old fashion designer who went missing in a BRT bus and was subsequently discovered dead.
Ayo Ademiluyi, lawyer to Oluwabamise’s family, broke the news on Friday.
According to Ademiluyi, the arraignment would begin at 12 p.m., and he invited interested parties to flood the court.
This comes after another victim accused the BRT driver of raping her on the bus a few hours earlier.
Nice raped her in the BRT bus on November 25, 2021, according to the lady, whose identity was not revealed while speaking with Punch.
The victim, a former salesgirl at an Ajah shop, stated that after she left work at 8 p.m., she boarded the suspect’s BRT bus.
Nice was supposed to transport her from the Alesh Bus Stop in Ajah to Jakande along the Lekki Epe Expressway when he decided to park the bus and rape her while armed with a knife, according to her.
