The City of David Parish of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has launched an online Christian dating platform for older singles.
The City of David Parish launched RedeemersConnect.org, an online dating network for mature singles.
This was revealed at a forum by Parish Pastor Idowu Iluyomade. According to him, the platform will allow singles to socialize and locate life companions.
He went on to say that even if a single woman or young man registers on the site, the information must still be examined before it can be approved.
RedeemersConnect’s mission and method of operation are stated on their website:
“Redeemers Connect is exclusively for Christian singles, widows, widowers and unmarried seniors in the RCCG global family with serious intent to get married within a year or two upon enlisting as a member.
“Our ‘connect to court” matchmaking algorithm has been carefully designed to take your preferences into account. We encourage honest and genuine responses so that we can match your preferences in the most accurate manner.
