Bola Tinubu, the All Progressives Congress’s national leader, stated on Thursday that the South-West will deliver President Muhammadu Buhari’s successor.
This was revealed by the presidential candidate while speaking to party delegates at the Presidential Lodge in Abeokuta, the capital of Ogun State.
This comes just days before the Democratic Party’s presidential primary.
Tinubu, who is from the region, believes that 2023 is the right time for him to become Nigeria’s president.
“This time, it’s Yoruba turn, and it’s my tenure in Yorubaland,” Tinubu remarked.
The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, his Kano State counterpart, Umar Ganduje, and former Borno State governor, Kasim Shettima, joined the national leader in Ogun State.
Tinubu also asserted that President Buhari would not have been elected president in 2015 if it hadn’t been for him.
He went on to say that he nominated Osinbajo for Vice President in 2015 and that he made Dapo Abiodun the Governor of Ogun State with the help of God.

Superb blog! Do you have any helpful hints for aspiring writers? I’m planning to start my own website soon but I’m a little lost on everything. Would you advise starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for a paid option? There are so many choices out there that I’m totally confused .. Any ideas? Cheers!
